Cars have interested me for as long as I can remember. That interest eventually led me to the collision repair industry, where I’ve been able to combine my business background with my appreciation for how vehicles are built and repaired. I studied Business Administration and later found that the lessons from business apply surprisingly well to the automotive field. Over time, I’ve learned that explaining the repair process clearly can make a stressful situation easier to manage. My interest in cars goes beyond the office. I’ve always paid attention to the details that separate a good repair from one that simply looks acceptable at first glance. I also enjoy keeping up with changes in automotive technology. Modern vehicles are very different from the cars I first became interested in. Advanced driver assistance systems, sensors, cameras, electric powertrains, and new materials have changed how collision damage is evaluated and repaired. The learning never really stops, and honestly, that’s one of the things I like about this industry. Outside of work, I enjoy technology, action movies, camping, fishing, and spending time with family. I’m also interested in classic cars and automotive photography, and I like seeing the variety of vehicles that appear at Southern California car events. Each car has its own character, history, and purpose. I believe experience matters, but curiosity matters too. Repair methods change, vehicles change, and customer expectations change with them. Staying willing to learn helps me better understand the industry and the people it serves.
